Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, darksidemotoring shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Darkside Motoring, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed.

Special Orders
All special orders require a 50% non refundable deposit. There are no refunds, cancelations or exchanges on any special ordered parts. Darkside Motoring, Inc. is not responsible for any delays.

Returns
There are no Returns or Exchanges after 7 days. There is a 20% restocking fee on product in the 7 day grace period. These products must not be opened, used or installed. Product must be in sellable original packaging. This does not apply for Special Orders. There are no returns, exchanges or credits or any electrical products. All returns will require a RMA number (Returned Merchandise Authorization) from your sales person. All returns shipped without an RMA number will be refused at owners shipping expense. When shipping your Returns back with the proper RMA number, it is the customer’s responsibility to properly pack and secure merchandise and to also insure merchandise when shipping back to Darkside Motoring, Inc. Please be advised that improper packaging could damage, scratch or loose parts. This result could deny your return.

Credit Cards
We can ONLY ship to a verified billing address where your credit card is billed to. Please make sure in advance that you are there to sign for your merchandise.

Parts
All parts are intended for off road use ONLY. These parts shall never be used on a public road or highway. Darkside Motoring, Inc. is not responsible for improper use of merchandise. Installation of these parts could void manufacturer warranties. Please check you local laws and regulations before making your purchase with Darkside Motoring, Inc.

Warranty
All parts purchase from Darkside Motoring, Inc. is only subject to manufacturer warranties.
